Delay in Installing New Mailbox
We have become aware that a number of homeowners have placed orders for the new mailbox and have even had their checks cashed but have not received the new mailbox as of yet. We have spoken with Global Products. They have evidently had a large order of the same mailbox from a developer and it has decimated their inventory.
They have re-ordered the mailbox and expect to get the shipment in the later part of January.
While they could have been more communicative to everyone, this is the first issue we have had with them in over 6 years.
We appreciate your patience and we will monitor the situation and let you know of any changes.
