2009- Pool rules

1. Pool Hours - 9:00 a.m- 10:00 p.m - Sunday through Thursday 9:00 a.m - 10:30 p.m Friday and Saturday

2. All children under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult .

3. Your Guests are welcome, however, homeowners must accompany their guests. Please limit the number of guests. The pool is not available for reservation.

4. All persons must be prepared to provide identification and blue tag if requested by a committee member or management agent.

5. Only proper bathing attire allowed in the pool.

6. FLOATS may be used if not of excessive size. Please limit the use of floats when the pool is crowded.

7. Radios and other audio equipment may be used, however, please maintain the volume so as not to disturb your neighbor.

8. ONLY unbreakable PLASTIC items used for drinking or snacking are permitted in the pool area.This also applies to thermal containers and glass items carried in coolers. Broken Glass is dangerous and may force the closing of the pool. Violators of this rule are subject to fine plus damage liability.

9. Please use trash containers for all paper items and other debris to prevent potential damage to the filter. Gum of any kind is prohibited.

10. NO Pets of any kind, leashed or otherwise are permitted in the pool area.

11. Rough-housing, running, ball playing, and related activites are not permitted. Anyone caught climbing the fence shall be evicted from the pool area and will lose pool privileges.

12. Please take care of Pool Furniture. It is for the use of homeowners and guests and must be kept on the deck.

13. WHEELED VEHICLES (bicycles,s kate-boards, roller blades ,etc.) are not allowed in the pool area. Baby strollers are the only exception.

14. RESTROOMS- Please leave them as you would expect to find them. Please check behind your children.

15. All infants must wear swim diapers.

16. All fecal accidents must be reported immediately to management.

17. Violations of swimming pool rules may be punishable by supension of pool us and/or fines in accordance with he Declaration, By-Laws. and Rules and Regulations. If association dues are not current , pool privileges will be rescinded as applicable.

18. Please be advised that the Board of Directors or Recreation Committee may, from time to time, make the necessary changes in the Rules and Regulations and the identification of the persons using the pool for reasons of safety,heath and liability to the association.
